Katya Fisher Yoffe is editor of www.globalmedialaw.com. She is the 2009 recipient of a Howard M. Squadron fellowship at the Programme in Comparative Media Law & Policy (PCMLP), Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, University of Oxford. Katya is a 3L student at Benjamin N.
